She was so personable and easy to talk to that when we started to think about listing our home and getting serious about another purchase, we reached out to her. Jennifer is very conscientious, and willing to put in the extra work required to sell a home in a changing market. She made sure the pictures were spectacular and attended every showing herself to try to build rapport with potential buyers and their realtors. She attended the inspection and worked through questions immediately to make buyer feel reassured. When it came to moving, Jen made sure our movers got everything they were supposed to due to our absence. She made our move to the new house seamless by coordinating some last-minute glitches. We used many of her recommendations for inspector, movers, etc. and were never disappointed. Closing was a breeze because she always made sure everything needed was done in advance. Jen always made time for our questions and running scenarios by her. It was such a pleasure to work with her that we have made her our friend. We would choose Jen every day of the week and twice on Sunday, and even our buyer remarked on how much they liked her! If you want someone who is trustworthy, genuine and hardworking, Jennifer Russo is a true gem and we highly recommend her!
